A bit of positive news today…
Dee is on a new drug and she woke up this morning feeling much better and actually went into work for a few hours.
BIG win there!
She’s still being kicked around a bit mentally and physically but we will get through, we always do!
So, I’ve been playing with a couple of different things over the last day or so.
First was this rough collage of my Saltwater Cathedral work…
Its interesting to see all these images together, you can 100% see the same hand at work in all the photos. I don’t know if there is more to do with this, or if its something I might be able to push some more. One concept I had for a displays was just this, a grid of 4×6 or 5×7 prints installed on a wall. Would make for an different narrative and challenge the way we typically look at work on display.
The other concept I played with was that of creating a mosaic piece created from the body of work I explored in Twillingate….
I am 100% intrigued by this approach. I think I am going to have my printers do a 20×30 of this image to see how it translated…
