This town is quickly taking over my heart.
What an amazing place, historic, peaceful, scenic. Food and music to sooth your soul.
Just amazing.
So, short blog tonight but wanted to get a couple of items out there and share a few photos from todays excursion.
First, what a fantastic response to last nights blog featuring the culinary stylings of Crystal Anstey at Experience Twillingate, by far the most activity ANY post of mine has garnered and with very good reason, it was a simply amazing experience and one I am sure many others would love to take part in. Contact Crystal at Experience Twillingate and she’ll look after you.
I have one more thing to share with you all from last night and that’s a Youtube video of the happening and I am excited to say the musical stylings of Jordan Harnum, performing this summer at the Anchor Inn, is the soundtrack to which this is played. It’s not a crisp production, I am 100% an amateur when it comes to video work, but I think it does an adequate job of showing the vibe of the experience!
Hope you enjoy!
What a time!
In other news, I today starting working on a digital painting. I’ve been dabbling in it for a while as some of you may know. I figure now is a great time to flesh out some of those ideas and concepts. When I graduated form NSCAD my graduation show featured a series of paintings of stylized boats. It’s a theme that keeps drawing me in so here I go, diving back into that subject in a digital medium. Nothing to share yet, but there will be. Here’s a couple of my digital paintings from earlier this year while I played with the medium.

I look forward to seeing where the new work goes.
Lastly, as always, here is a series of photos from todays excursions around town! Enjoy!

Until tomorrow.
Thanks for joining me on this journey!
Don’t forget, if you love the work, think about purchasing a piece or buying a coffee I have lots of klicks to cover this summer, and your support was never more appreciated.
